The product shown is D-SHOT D3 Vitamin D3 60K IU Oral Solution, with 4 × 5 mL individual oral shots. The visible front label states “Vitamin D3 60K IU Oral Solution”, sugar-free, and 4 × 5 mL.
1. Active pharmaceutical ingredientIndependent medicine listings identify the active salt as cholecalciferol 60,000 IU for D-Shot 60K products. (Apollo Pharmacy)
IU = International Units.
For vitamin D3:
1 µg vitamin D3 = 40 IU
Therefore:
60,000 IU ÷ 40 = 1,500 µg
So one complete 5 mL bottle contains 1.5 mg of cholecalciferol.
The concentration is therefore:
12,000 IU/mL
300 µg/mL
1,500 µg/5 mL
1.5 mg/5 mL
The complete 4-bottle pack contains:
240,000 IU total
6,000 µg = 6 mg vitamin D3 total
20 mL total oral solution
The photograph only shows the front of the carton and bottles. It does not show the complete quantitative excipient list.
The pack does explicitly indicate:
Sugar-free
Flavoured oral solution
Nano Shot
Oral liquid formulation
I would not give you a supposed list of preservatives, sweeteners, flavouring agents, stabilizers or solvents as though they were confirmed, because those ingredients are not legible in the supplied photograph and can differ between formulations.
For comparison, pharmaceutical listings for 60,000-IU vitamin-D3 oral solutions confirm that products with the same active ingredient can have different inactive ingredients/excipients. (Apollo Pharmacy)
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) is a fat-soluble vitamin. After oral administration, vitamin D3 is converted in the liver to 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D], the principal circulating form measured in blood tests. It is subsequently converted primarily in the kidneys to 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D (calcitriol), the biologically active hormonal form.
Its major physiological roles include regulation of:
Calcium absorption
Phosphate metabolism
Bone mineralisation
Muscle function
Normal neuromuscular function
Normal immune-system function
60,000 IU is a high-dose vitamin-D preparation. It is not equivalent to an ordinary daily multivitamin dose.
For example:
60,000 IU once weekly = approximately 8,571 IU/day averaged over a week, although that does not mean it should simply be substituted for a daily dose.
The appropriate frequency depends on why it was prescribed, the person's vitamin-D level, age, diet, medical circumstances, and other sources of vitamin D/calcium.
Excessive vitamin D can cause hypercalcaemia (high blood calcium) and related problems, so repeated high-dose use should generally follow the prescribed regimen.
Each 5 mL D-SHOT D3 oral shot:
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) — 60,000 IU (1,500 µg / 1.5 mg)
Base: Sugar-free flavoured oral-solution vehicle, with the exact excipients not visible on the supplied image.
Pack: 4 × 5 mL = 20 mL total, containing 240,000 IU of vitamin D3.
If you upload a clear photograph of the back and both side panels of the D-SHOT box, I can give you the complete formulation line-by-line — active ingredient, excipients, sweetener, flavour, preservatives, vehicle, quantities, manufacturer and storage instructions — rather than guessing any of the inactive ingredients.
