The product shown is LIVCOT-5G Syrup, 200 mL. The front label describes it as:
“Herbal Liver, Alkaliser Enzyme with Antacid Laxative Syrup.”
ACCOTT's product listing confirms Livcot 5G as an Ayurvedic medicine in syrup form, but the online listing does not provide the ingredient-by-ingredient quantities. (Tradeindia)
The wording on the front is important: LIVCOT-5G is not simply a liver tonic; it is presented as a combined liver + digestive enzyme + antacid + alkaliser + laxative preparation.
The side panel does contain a detailed composition table, but the source image is not sufficiently sharp to reliably distinguish the individual herb names and their quantities. I checked the enlarged label as well as the available ACCOTT listing; the online listing confirms the product but does not reproduce the composition table. (Tradeindia)
Therefore, I would not guess ingredients such as Amla, Bhringraj, Bhumi Amla, Punarnava, Kutki, etc. These are common in other liver tonics but cannot be attributed to this particular LIVCOT-5G without readable evidence.
1. Liver-support herbs
Usually included for traditional Ayurvedic support of hepatic/digestive function. Their exact identity is important because different herbs have very different pharmacological profiles.
2. Digestive enzymes
Enzymes can assist digestion by breaking down components of food such as carbohydrates, proteins or fats, depending on which enzymes are actually present.
3. Antacid
An antacid neutralizes gastric acid and can reduce acid-related symptoms such as heartburn or acidity.
4. Alkaliser
An alkalising ingredient raises pH. The exact purpose depends on which alkaliser is used; it should not be assumed to be a particular citrate/bicarbonate without seeing the composition.
5. Laxative
A laxative promotes bowel evacuation. The mechanism could be osmotic, stimulant, bulk-forming or another mechanism depending on the actual ingredient.
You previously showed LIVCOT-DS, which is a separate ACCOTT product marketed as a double-strength liver tonic. LIVCOT-5G should not be assumed to have the same composition as LIVCOT-DS. ACCOTT lists both as separate products. (Tradeindia)
LIVCOT-5G 200 mL = Ayurvedic combination syrup marketed for liver support + digestion + acidity/antacid action + alkaliser + laxative action.
The exact herbs, enzymes, antacid, alkaliser, laxative and their quantities are not reliably readable in this photograph, so I won't invent them.
If you upload a close-up photo of the left side of the box (the panel with the composition table), ideally filling the entire image with that panel, I can decode the individual ingredients and give you:
Ingredient → exact quantity per 10 mL → function → botanical/chemical identity → total quantity in 200 mL.
