Ketocot Soap — Ketoconazole 1% Soap, 75 g
This is the medicinal active ingredient in the product.
Ketoconazole is an azole antifungal. It interferes with fungal cell-membrane formation, particularly by inhibiting fungal sterol synthesis.
It is used topically for fungal conditions involving the skin and can be useful against organisms such as Malassezia and various dermatophytes, depending on the condition.
The package specifically states 1%, so this should not be confused with the Ketocot-Z shampoo shown earlier, which is labeled ketoconazole 2% + ZPTO.
The white bar shown is the physical soap containing the ketoconazole. A medicated soap will also contain a number of inactive/excipient ingredients, potentially including cleansing agents, fatty-acid salts, binders, moisturizers, preservatives, fragrance, etc.
Those ingredients cannot be determined from this photograph. The front only establishes ketoconazole 1%; I don't want to guess the remaining composition.
The small text beneath the hair/skin illustration is difficult to read, but appears to be making claims relating to:
Anti-dandruff
Stopping hair fall
Regrowth of hair
Those claims should be distinguished from what ketoconazole itself is established to do. Ketoconazole is primarily an antifungal medication; the photograph alone does not establish that this soap treats hair loss or causes hair regrowth.
Important: Because this is a medicated ketoconazole product, it isn't equivalent to an ordinary cosmetic soap. It can potentially cause dryness, irritation, burning or itching, particularly with frequent use.
If you provide a clear photo of the back/side panel, I can give you the complete composition (all ingredients) and explain every ingredient individually, rather than just the active ingredient.
