About ACCZER-100 SYRUP

ACCZER-100 Syrup

1. Product identification

The front label clearly shows:

  • Brand: ACCZER-100
  • Form: Syrup
  • Volume: 100 ml
  • Generic/description: Disodium Hydrogen Citrate Alkalizer Syrup
  • Prescription marking: Rx
  • Manufacturer/brand logo: ACCOTT

So this is an alkalizing medicine, not a digestive-enzyme syrup like Acczyme.

2. Bottle

The bottle has:

  • A dark amber/red-brown pharmaceutical bottle.
  • A relatively wide, rounded shoulder.
  • A red screw cap with tamper-evident markings.
  • A white label covering most of the front.
  • Dark reddish/brown liquid visible through the bottle.
  • The bottle is standing on a reflective white surface.

The red cap has repeated markings such as “25 ml”, apparently associated with the tamper-evident/measurement packaging. Those markings shouldn't be interpreted as the recommended dose.

3. Front label

The main text is arranged vertically/centrally:

“100 ml.”

followed by:

“Disodium Hydrogen
Citrate Alkalizer Syrup”

Then a purple rounded rectangle contains:

“ACCZER-100”

with:

“SYRUP”

underneath.

At the bottom is the ACCOTT logo.

4. Packaging design

The label uses a white and purple design:

  • Purple is used for the ACCZER-100 name.
  • There is a large purple geometric section toward the bottom-right.
  • A curved yellow/gold stripe crosses the lower portion.
  • The overall design is much more clinical/minimal than the pineapple-themed Acczyme products.

There is also a small green vegetarian symbol on the right side of the packaging.

5. What “Disodium Hydrogen Citrate” means

Disodium hydrogen citrate is an alkalinizing agent. In simple terms, it can make urine less acidic.

Medicines containing this ingredient are commonly used in situations where urinary alkalinization is desired—for example, certain cases involving burning/painful urination or uric-acid-related urinary problems. The appropriate use depends on the person's condition and the doctor's instructions.

It is not an antibiotic, and it is not the same type of medicine as Acczyme/pepsin-fungal-diastase syrup.

6. Important distinction from your previous images

You have now shown several different products:

ProductMain ingredient/typeVolume shown
Acczyme-BVitamin B-complex + pepsin + fungal diastase200 ml
AcczymePepsin + fungal diastase100/200 ml
ACCZER-100Disodium hydrogen citrate alkalizer100 ml

Despite the similar-looking ACCOTT branding, ACCZER-100 and Acczyme are different medicines with different purposes.

7. Small-print information

The sides of the label contain additional information such as composition, directions/warnings, manufacturing details, and regulatory information. In this particular photograph, most of that text is too small/blurred to read reliably, so I would not infer exact strength or dosage from it.

If you want, send a close-up photo of the back/side label of ACCZER-100, and I can explain the exact composition, uses, dosage instructions, precautions, side effects, and who should avoid it line by line.
