The product shown is ACCOTT Herbal Juice, Jamun–Karela–Neem, 500 mL, with added benefits of Saunf (fennel). The front label positions it as a sugar-balance herbal juice.
I checked the available product information, but I could not find a reliable ACCOTT source giving the exact quantitative formula. A similarly named commercial formulation lists Jamun, Karela, Saunf and Neem, but because it is not confirmed as the ACCOTT product, I would not transfer its quantities to this bottle. (Kbir Wellness)
Jamun, particularly its seed, is widely used in Ayurvedic preparations marketed for blood-glucose support.
It contains polyphenols and other plant compounds. However, the glucose-lowering effect of a commercial juice depends on the plant part, extraction method and actual dose.
Important: it should not be considered a substitute for prescribed diabetes medication.
Bitter melon contains compounds such as charantin and bitter cucurbitane-type constituents and is traditionally associated with glucose metabolism.
Human evidence for bitter melon as a diabetes treatment is mixed, and the effect of a particular commercial juice cannot be predicted without knowing its standardized content.
Neem is included as a traditional medicinal plant. It contains numerous bioactive compounds and is used in Ayurvedic preparations for several purposes.
For this product, its exact contribution to glucose control cannot be quantified from the package information available.
The box specifically says “with added benefits of Saunf.”
Saunf (fennel) is primarily associated with:
digestion;
reduction of intestinal gas/bloating;
flavour and palatability.
It is not the principal glucose-targeting ingredient in this formulation.
The formulation is essentially positioned as:
Jamun + Karela + Neem → metabolic/blood-sugar support
Saunf → digestive support/flavour
The front-pack claim about “manage healthy sugar level” is a product claim; it should not be interpreted as proof that this juice can treat diabetes.
Because jamun/karela preparations may potentially affect blood glucose, taking them together with insulin or glucose-lowering medicines could potentially contribute to low blood glucose in some people. Don't replace or reduce prescribed diabetes medicine based on this juice alone.
Also, “100% natural/herbal” does not automatically mean risk-free.
The 500-mL bottle clearly identifies Jamun + Karela + Neem and added Saunf, but the exact mg/mL or mg per 10 mL quantities are not legible in the supplied image, and I couldn't verify an ACCOTT quantitative formula online.
A close-up of the right/side panel of the box—especially the section beginning “Each 10 mL contains…”—would allow me to give you the exact quantities rather than borrowing figures from a different Jamun-Karela-Neem product.
