Product: Colex-C Syrup
Type: B-complex with Vitamin C syrup
Pack: 200 mL
The label states “Each 10 mL contain:” and lists:
Important: The photograph appears to show “15 mg” next to cyanocobalamin, but the unit is not sufficiently clear. Because B12 is normally formulated in microgram (µg) quantities, I would not assume that this is 15 mg without confirming the original printed label. This is particularly important when calculating the dose.
I also couldn't find a reliable online source reproducing this exact Colex-C formulation, so the photograph is the appropriate source for the composition above rather than substituting a different B-complex product.
Because the label gives the composition per 10 mL, half of each listed amount would be present in 5 mL:
B1: 1 mg
B2: 7.5 mg
B6: 7.5 mg
Nicotinamide: 10 mg
D-Panthenol: 2.5 mg
B12: half of the labelled amount
Vitamin C: 7.5 mg
The box says:
Children: 1 teaspoonful twice daily
→ 5 mL × 2 = 10 mL/day
Adults: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily
→ 10 mL × 2 = 20 mL/day
The label also says “as directed by physician,” “to be used as dietary supplement only,” and “shake well before use.”
At the stated adult dose of 20 mL/day:
So this is a relatively concentrated B-complex supplement, particularly with B2 and B6.

The cyanocobalamin quantity/unit is the only important part I cannot confidently resolve from this photograph. If you send me a close-up of just the composition lines, preferably taken straight-on, I can try to determine whether it says 15 µg, 15 mcg, or 15 mg.
Also, if you tell me who is going to take it (adult or child and age) and why you are considering it (weakness, poor appetite, mouth ulcers, B12 deficiency, recovery, etc.), I can explain whether each ingredient and the labelled dose makes sense for that situation.
