The manufacturer’s pediatric product listing identifies the composition as Aceclofenac 50 mg + Paracetamol 125 mg; this strength is consistent with the 60 mL pediatric suspension shown in your photo. 1. Aceclofenac

• A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).

• Mainly provides anti-inflammatory and analgesic action.

• Used for inflammatory pain involving muscles, joints, etc.

• Can cause stomach irritation, indigestion, nausea and, particularly with excessive/prolonged use, kidney or gastrointestinal problems.

2. Paracetamol

• Provides analgesic (pain-relieving) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) effects.

• It complements aceclofenac by addressing pain and fever.

• The important safety issue is total daily paracetamol exposure—other medicines containing paracetamol should not be combined without medical advice.

Important for children

Although this is a pediatric suspension, the dose should be based on the child's age/weight and the prescriber's instructions, rather than simply using the adult Vace-P tablet strength.
