Therefore, do not rely on the brand name alone. Before taking it, check the back/side of the box and the blister strip for the composition. If the blister says cefixime while the box says paracetamol, do not take it until a pharmacist/manufacturer confirms what the product actually contains.

The exact inactive ingredients of this particular Pacicot-500 cannot be reliably determined from the front photograph.
