ACECLOTT-P.
Brand: ACECLOTT-P
Active ingredients: Aceclofenac + Paracetamol
Form: Tablets IP
Pack: 10 × 10 tablets (100 tablets)

The blister shown contains individual tablets in sealed compartments.
This combination is mainly used to relieve pain, inflammation, and fever, particularly when inflammation is involved.
Aceclofenac
An NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug).
Reduces substances called prostaglandins that contribute to pain and inflammation.
Commonly used for conditions such as:
Arthritis/joint pain
Back pain
Muscle or ligament pain
Dental pain
Other inflammatory musculoskeletal pain
Paracetamol (acetaminophen)
Provides additional pain relief.
Also reduces fever.
It works differently from aceclofenac, so the combination can provide stronger pain relief.
The photograph clearly identifies the ingredients, but the amount of aceclofenac and paracetamol per tablet isn't sufficiently visible. A common combination is aceclofenac 100 mg + paracetamol 325 mg, but don't assume that this particular pack has that strength. Check the back of the box or blister for the exact numbers.
It is usually taken after food or with food, particularly because aceclofenac can irritate the stomach. Follow the dose prescribed by your doctor.
Do not take additional paracetamol-containing medicines at the same time without checking, because you could unintentionally exceed the recommended total paracetamol dose.
You may experience:
Stomach discomfort or acidity
Nausea
Indigestion
Diarrhea
Dizziness
Headache
More serious problems are uncommon but can include stomach ulcers/bleeding, kidney problems, liver injury, or allergic reactions.
Tell your doctor before using it if you have:
A history of stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding
Kidney or liver disease
Significant heart disease or uncontrolled blood pressure
Asthma triggered by aspirin/NSAIDs
An allergy to NSAIDs
Pregnancy, particularly later pregnancy
Other medicines such as blood thinners or certain other painkillers
Avoid combining it with other NSAID painkillers such as diclofenac, ibuprofen, naproxen, or aspirin for pain unless your doctor specifically tells you to.
The two medicines serve quite different purposes:
So ACECLOTT-P is not a blood-pressure medicine, while AMLOCOT-AT is.
If these two medicines were prescribed together for you, send me a photo of the back of both strips/boxes (where the strength and dosing instructions are printed). I can explain exactly what each tablet is for, the prescribed strength, when each is normally taken, important interactions between them, and the precautions.
