The visible label reads:
Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, Itraconazole & Clobetasol Propionate Cream
Brand: ITRAFOTT-PLUS
Form: Cream
Pack: 15 g
The manufacturer/marking visible on the box appears to be ACOTT.
| Ingredient | Type | Main purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Ofloxacin | Antibiotic | Acts against certain bacteria |
| Ornidazole | Antimicrobial/antiprotozoal | Acts against certain anaerobic bacteria and protozoa |
| Itraconazole | Antifungal | Acts against fungi |
| Clobetasol propionate | Corticosteroid | Strongly reduces inflammation, redness and itching |
So the cream is essentially a broad combination of antibacterial + antiprotozoal + antifungal + strong anti-inflammatory steroid.
Clobetasol is a highly potent topical corticosteroid. It can rapidly reduce redness and itching, which can make a rash look better even when the underlying infection has not been adequately treated. Potent topical steroids can also cause skin thinning, stretch marks, pigment changes, folliculitis and other problems, particularly with prolonged use or application over larger areas. DailyMed
This is particularly relevant if someone is using this cream for a suspected ringworm/jock itch/other fungal infection. Strong steroids can alter the appearance of fungal infections and allow them to spread, producing what's called tinea incognito (steroid-modified fungal infection). DermNet®

The important difference is:
Lulek
ITRAFOTT-PLUS
Therefore, these two creams are not equivalent, even though both contain an antifungal component.
If the problem is genuinely a straightforward fungal infection, the presence of clobetasol in ITRAFOTT-PLUS is an important reason not to use it casually or for a prolonged period. Guidance on potent clobetasol preparations emphasizes short-term use and caution with infected skin. DailyMed
Be particularly cautious about using this type of steroid-containing combination on the:
These areas are more susceptible to steroid-related skin thinning and other adverse effects. DailyMed
Also, don't put it in or around the eyes unless specifically directed by a clinician.
If you tell me what skin problem you were prescribed these two creams for and where it is located, I can explain which of the two is generally intended for what, how they differ, and what the risks are.
