Acczyme Syrup 200 ml digestive-enzyme syrup.
The bottle is positioned on the left:
The carton is positioned upright on the right.
At the top is a large orange section containing:
The main front panel prominently displays:
Acczyme
Syrup
and:
Pepsin & Fungal
Diastase Syrup
The word Acczyme is printed in large orange letters vertically, making the product easy to identify.
The lower front panel contains a large pineapple illustration with:
The same pineapple theme is repeated on the bottle label and on the upper part of the carton.
This appears to be primarily a flavor/branding element; the image by itself doesn't establish that pineapple is a medicinal active ingredient.
The right side of the carton contains a composition table. It appears to list several ingredients with quantities, including entries corresponding to pepsin and fungal diastase.
However, the photograph is not sufficiently sharp for me to reliably transcribe the numerical strengths in that table. Some characters can be visually distinguished, but giving you exact milligram/units from this image would risk misreading the label.
Below the table are additional manufacturing/storage/instruction details, but again, much of the small print is too blurred to read confidently.
Pepsin
Fungal diastase
Thus, based on the visible labeling, Acczyme is intended as a digestive enzyme preparation, rather than a vitamin supplement.
A green vegetarian symbol is visible on the side/front area of the carton, indicating the product is marked as vegetarian under Indian food/pharmaceutical labeling conventions.
There are also small regulatory/manufacturer logos near the bottom. They are too small in this photograph to identify all of them with confidence.
There are three visually related presentations in the images you've provided:
| Feature | First image | Second image | This image |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name | Acczyme-B | Acczyme | Acczyme |
| Size | 200 ml | 100 ml | 200 ml |
| Main description | Vitamin B-Complex + Pepsin + Fungal Diastase | Pepsin & Fungal Diastase | Pepsin & Fungal Diastase |
| Packaging color | Green/white | Green/white | Orange/white |
| Pineapple | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Pineapple flavor | Not clearly stated | Fresh pineapple flavour | Appears indicated |
| Sugar-free | Not visible | Yes | Not clearly visible |
| Cap | White/translucent | Gold | Gold |
So the first product should not be treated as identical to this one. The first explicitly advertises Vitamin B-Complex, whereas this 200 ml product prominently identifies itself as Pepsin & Fungal Diastase Syrup.
If you're trying to determine the exact composition, dose, uses, side effects, or whether the 100 ml and 200 ml versions contain the same ingredients, the most useful next step would be a clear close-up photograph of the composition/ingredients panel. I can then read and explain it line by line.
