1. Silymarin

Silymarin is a mixture of flavonolignans obtained from milk thistle (Silybum marianum).

Its principal components include compounds such as silibinin/silybin.

Why it is included:

• antioxidant activity;

• helps protect cells from oxidative stress;

• commonly used in formulations marketed for liver support.

The “PROTECT YOUR LIVER” statement on this package is a product claim; it should not be interpreted as proof that the syrup treats or reverses liver disease.

2. L-Ornithine L-Aspartate

This is a combination of the amino acids L-ornithine and L-aspartate.

Its important biochemical role is related to ammonia metabolism. Ornithine participates in the urea cycle, which converts ammonia into urea for elimination.

It is therefore used particularly in some formulations intended for people with impaired hepatic ammonia handling.

3. Vitamin B-complex / multivitamins

The exact individual vitamins and their quantities cannot be reliably read from this photograph.

Depending on the formulation, B-complex preparations may contain vitamins such as:

• B1 — thiamine

• B2 — riboflavin

• B3 — niacinamide

• B5 — pantothenate

I checked the bottle's small side panel. Unfortunately, its resolution is insufficient to reliably distinguish the “Each 5 mL contains…” quantities. There is also a conflicting TradeIndia data field on the Silcot-B page that incorrectly describes a sodium-citrate/citric-acid urinary alkalizer composition. That does not match the Silcot-B packaging in your photograph, which clearly says silymarin + multivitamins + L-ornithine L-aspartate. Exact mg/5 mL of each ingredient cannot be safely established from this photograph. A high-resolution photo of the composition panel on the side/back of the box would allow me to give you the exact quantities and the total amount of each ingredient in the 200-mL bottle. 
