The orange/red packaging is a different presentation of ACECLOTT-P from the earlier ACECLOTT-P image you sent.
It is primarily used for pain accompanied by inflammation, such as:
Back or neck pain
Joint pain and arthritis
Muscle or soft-tissue injuries
Sprains and strains
Dental pain
Other inflammatory musculoskeletal pain
Aceclofenac
An NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug).
Reduces inflammation, swelling and pain.
Can irritate the stomach and, particularly with prolonged/high-dose use, can affect the kidneys or increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Paracetamol
Relieves pain and reduces fever.
Adds additional pain-relieving activity to aceclofenac.
Too much paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.
The front of this image doesn't show the strength of the two ingredients per tablet, so I can't safely determine the exact dose from this photograph.
A commonly marketed combination is aceclofenac 100 mg + paracetamol 325 mg, but don't assume that's the strength of your particular tablets. The foil/back of the box should state the exact composition.
If prescribed:
Take it exactly according to the doctor's instructions.
Aceclofenac is generally better tolerated with or after food.
Don't take extra paracetamol-containing medicines without checking the total daily amount.
You have also shown ACECLOTT-TH (thiocolchicoside + aceclofenac).
Both contain aceclofenac, so ACECLOTT-P and ACECLOTT-TH should not normally be taken together unless your doctor specifically instructed you to do so.
You also showed A-COLD, which contains paracetamol. Therefore:
ACECLOTT-P + A-COLD = duplicate paracetamol
That is important because the total paracetamol from all medicines needs to be considered.
I would not take all of these together based simply on the fact that you have the boxes. There are duplicate ingredients (aceclofenac and paracetamol), and the two azithromycin products are different strengths of the same antibiotic.
If you upload the doctor's prescription, I can go through it line-by-line and tell you which medicine is intended for which problem, the prescribed timing, and which medicines should not be combined.
