Aceclott-SP tablets
Brand: Aceclott-SP
Active ingredients:
Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase
Form: Tablets
Pack size: 10 × 10 tablets = 100 tablets
Rx: Prescription medicine
Manufacturer: Accott Healthcare
1. Aceclofenac
An NSAID painkiller and anti-inflammatory.
Helps reduce pain, inflammation and swelling.
Used for joint, muscle, back, dental and other inflammatory pain.
Possible problems include acidity, stomach irritation, ulcers/bleeding and kidney problems, particularly with prolonged or excessive use.
2. Paracetamol
Provides additional pain relief.
Reduces fever.
Excessive amounts can cause serious liver injury.
3. Serratiopeptidase
An enzyme marketed as an anti-inflammatory/anti-swelling agent.
It is commonly included in combinations intended to help with soft-tissue swelling and inflammation, although evidence for meaningful clinical benefit is less robust than for standard painkillers such as NSAIDs.
It may be prescribed for painful inflammatory conditions where swelling is also present, such as:
Dental pain/swelling
Musculoskeletal injuries
Sprains and strains
Joint inflammation
Post-procedure swelling
Some other inflammatory conditions
In simple terms:
Aceclofenac → pain + inflammation
Paracetamol → additional pain/fever relief
Serratiopeptidase → intended to help with swelling
There is considerable overlap with the other products in your photos.

Doing so can duplicate aceclofenac, and with Aceclott-P/MR it also duplicates paracetamol.
Likewise, taking Aceclott-SP together with A-Cold can duplicate paracetamol.
The photograph identifies the three ingredients but doesn't clearly show their quantities per tablet. Don't assume the strength from the brand name; the exact composition should be checked on the back of the box/blister.
The SP in Aceclott-SP refers to the addition of serratiopeptidase. It doesn't mean that this is a stronger version of Aceclott-P in every situation. The choice depends on what the doctor is treating—particularly whether swelling is a significant part of the problem.
Given that you've now shown several closely related medicines, I would not take these different ACECLOTT products together unless the prescription specifically says so. They look more like different formulations that may be selected for different situations.
