Piles Control Capsules, a 500 mg herbal/natural capsule marketed by Accott Healthcare for hemorrhoid (“piles”) support. The pack contains 30 capsules.
The front of the box identifies the formulation as 500 mg capsules and describes it as 100% pure & natural. It also appears to mention several herbal ingredients, but the photograph is not clear enough to reliably read the complete ingredient list or quantities.
The manufacturer/distributor listings I found identify this product as an Ayurvedic/proprietary herbal blend, rather than a conventional single-ingredient drug. (Tradeindia)
A trade listing specifically identifies Accott Healthcare as the manufacturer/distributor and describes the product as a 500-mg herbal blend for piles, bleeding piles, fistula and fissures. (Tradeindia)
I can make out references on the front to ingredients/herbal components, but I cannot safely give exact mg quantities from this image. The side panel is too blurred to distinguish the text accurately.
This is important because a 500-mg capsule does not mean 500 mg of each herb. It means the total capsule fill is approximately 500 mg, which may consist of several herbs/extracts plus permitted excipients.
Herbal piles formulations are generally marketed to support symptoms such as:
Anal discomfort/pain
Itching and irritation
Swelling
Minor bleeding associated with hemorrhoids
Constipation/straining-related discomfort
However, evidence for individual herbal combinations varies, and persistent rectal bleeding should not automatically be assumed to be from piles.
If you want the exact composition in mg of every ingredient, please upload a close, straight-on photograph of the back/side of the box where “Each 500 mg capsule contains…” or the ingredient list is printed. The current image isn't sufficiently legible to give you a trustworthy quantitative composition.
I would rather leave an ingredient unconfirmed than invent a dose.
